Sample Lesson

This is a sample from Lesson Series 1 The book will have graphics and drawings and charts to help you along the way.

The Core Elements:

There are about twenty components in a person's birth date and birth name that comprise a full Numerology Reading. The CORE of a reading involves only four of these components. The main CORE consists of the following elements: Life PathExpression or Destiny, Soul Urge and Birthday. The core numbers are as accurate as far as they go but as you add other components to the person's reading, the reading changes.  The following aspects will change how the core elements affect the person’s life experience.·        The relative power of the elements.·        The modifying abilities of the elements.·        The harmony or discord amount of the elements.·        The effectiveness of the combined elements. So far, this all sounds pretty technical. Right? It can seem that way but my objective is to make it natural for you and hopefully fun to learn.  Let’s start by a simple understanding of the number energies and how they work.  First of all, each number has it’s own energy or vibrational pull.  Some of the numbers will have a strong influence in your life experience while others will be a gentle tug now and then.  You will learn later how each number vibrates to a specific color.  If your life experience were a painting, the biggest vibrational pulls would be the main core elements.  For example, this may turn out to be yellow, green and red with a touch of blue.  When you add more and more numbers to your reading, the main or core element numbers become ‘colored’ by the modifiers of the main or core element numbers.  If your yellow had a modifying number of blue, your core element yellow would now have a greenish tinge.   Not only do the numbers have colors but they have qualities, or aspects, or talents associated with their vibration.  A number that has a yellow color is about being a fun person, enjoying the finer things in life, having many talents and being very creative.  A person who has a lot of yellow will be very personable, a real people person, possibly an entertainer or at least the life of the party.  They will also have a very stylish view of life.  They will tend to be a good dresser, be very refined, and a real people lover.  Charismatic by nature, the yellow vibration is also a loving person and does express self-love in a positive way.  The yellow is the number ‘3’ energy.   In Numerology, the numbers go in cycles from ‘1’ to ‘9’ and then start over again.  Yes, life is a circle.  There are also numbers that carry an extra dose of energy, a stronger vibration.  These are called Master Numbers.  Now that we are in the 21st century, the Master Numbers are 11, 22, and 33.  The higher numbers, as in ‘44’ will not come into play until the 22nd century and so on.  The numbers just don’t add up to anything higher than ‘33’ for this century. A Master Number is pared with its lower vibration number.  What does that mean?  Well, if you add 11 together, 1 plus 1, you get 2.  This is the lower vibration of the Master Number 11.  It is written like this, “11/2”.  Those who have this number will react at both levels, the 2 energy and the 11 energy.  Later we will discuss in detail ‘Master Numbers”. In Numerology, each letter of the alphabet is represented by a number vibration.  It makes sense if you understand that all of life is in actuality a energy that vibrates.  The Universe is a “unified force field” (according to quantum physics), filled with energy vibrations all working like a great symphony.  Universe actually means ‘one verse’ of that one song we call life.  Not only does each number have a color vibration but it also has a sound vibration.  For instance, if you could see the number ‘3’ vibration you would see yellow and you would hear the note ‘E’.  This means, the Universe in harmony would sound like ‘hmmmmmmmmm’ and your life in balance would sound like ‘hmmmmmmmmm’.   That would be of course, complete or perfect balance.  No bumps, no challenges, no difficulties, no over or under reacting to things.  Know anyone who is in complete bliss all the time?  If you do, I am sure they are news worthy.  They must be a true anomaly.   Here is a very important basic Numerology rule.  Numbers are reduced to their simplest form or single digit.  For instance, is your name added up to ‘39’.  You would then take ‘39’ and add 3 plus 9 which equals 12.  This is still not a single digit so you would take ‘12’ and add the 1 plus the 2 to equal 3.  This is your ‘final answer’.  The energy of your name would then be ‘3’.    This is what you will always do unless you arrive at a Master Number.  Suppose your name equaled ‘38’.  When you add the 3 plus the 8 you get 11.  This is a Master Number. Reduced to a single digit, you would have the ‘2’ energy.  So in this instance, you would leave the number ‘11/2’ indicating the dual energy of the Master Number. So, as we have said, your life experience is a circle.  This circle has four core elements.  These elements are modified, changed in some degree by other numbers represented by your full birth name, your name used most often today and your date of birth.  The life path is the path you are to walk in this life experience.  The expression or destiny is how  you literally express yourself while walking on that life path.  The soul urge is the deepest desire of your heart of hearts.  The thing that motivates you along that life path.  The birthday is the day your were born and always directly modifies the life path you are to walk.  The birthday is your first greatest challenge and once that challenge is met, your day of birth number becomes your gift to the world.  How neat is that?

LIFE EXPERIENCE: A Basic Reading in Numerology involves the date of birth and the full name at birth.  It deals in a simple form with only the four basic core elements and how they relate or interact with each other.  A basic reading is true and gives the person a very good idea of the main energies that are affecting the life experience.  There are many more components or numbers that influence and modify these basic number energies, so the basic reading is accurate as far as it goes.  The basic reading is the place to start and does provide a wealth of valuable information.   Part of the Numerology Workshop Series I is a unique,  basic reading book that is only available as part of this course.  I have designed this book so that once you understand the ‘basics’ you can easily do simple and accurate readings with little effort.  I hope you enjoy it.   First we need to get a firm understanding of the  basic energies of the basic reading.  In order to do a reading, you will need the date of birth (the time is not needed, unlike an astrology reading).  You will also need the full birth name.  The energies you will find in this name gives you the Expression and the Soul Urge.  The date of birth gives you the Life Path and the actual day of birth is your Birthday vibration.  If you look at the pie chart, you will have noticed that there are different amounts of energy connected to each core element.  It breaks down like this.  The Life Path is 40% of the basic reading, the Expression (or Destiny) is 30%, the Soul Urge is 20% and the Birthday (day of birth) is 10% of the Basic Reading or life experience.  So then, you can see that the Life Path is the strongest influence, the Expression is next in strength, then the Soul Urge and last the Birthday.   So lets explore this Basic Reading thing.  In a Basic Reading you will take the number you get from the date of birth and explain how that number affects the life experience and what kind of a Life Path the person can expect to have.  The next number is the Expression and is found by adding together all the numbers represented by the full given name at birth.  Later we will discuss in detail all the ‘exceptions’ of the birth name calculation.  Then you will take a look at how the Life Path Number and the Expression (or Destiny) Number relate to each other.  Are they harmonious and a help to each other or do they butt heads and cause obstacles?  These two numbers represent the major portion of the energy influence on the life experience.   Then you will calculate the Soul Urge and describe what this number means.  After the explanation of the number, you will look at how this number relates to the Life Path number and to the Expression number.  Are they helping each other or posing problems.  Finally, you will look at the number of your day of birth.  This number always directly modifies the Life Path number.  You will describe what the day of birth means and then look at how it relates to the Life Path number.  Is it harmonious or discordant.    This is the Basic Reading.  If the person is over fifty years of age, you could include a sub-element called the Maturity Number.  This is the number that kicks into play in the trimester of life, usually after age fifty.  For a reading for anyone younger, it is not necessary to include this number energy.  The maturity number is the summit or ultimate goal of the life experience.  This is important information for someone who is looking at the last third of their life experience.   You could also include some information about the Growth Number.  This is the number from the first name.  It is a helping energy that kicks in whenever it is most needed throughout the life experience.  When we are faced with difficult challenges or big speed bumps along the highway of life, this energy is a helping burst or energizing influence.  This may be a very valuable number to understand. Finally, in a Basic Reading, you may choose to include a couple sentences about how to overcome conflicting energies in the reading.  Sometimes a name change is very helpful.  A woman who is married and uses her husband’s name also changes here energy and it may or may not overcome discordant energies.  Doing a calculationHere is how a reading may change.  For instance, say the person has a 4 life path number.  This means he is hard working, practical and orderly.  If his birthday is a 3 energy, this is added to the 4 and we now see that he is creative about his hard work and tends to have fun with the work he does.  He enjoys working hard.  Now if his expression or destiny numbers, which tells of his abilities, is a 1 we now see that the hard work he does is best used in an executive or administrative role.  The 3 energy spurs him on to be an original and creative leader.  However, say his soul urge (the driving or motivating force behind him) is an 8.  Now we understand that he is driven to wealth, success, status and power.  He probably has a tendency to be dominating, too exacting, stubborn, rigid and repressive of his feelings.  If his personality is a 3, his rigid edges may be softened and he may find it easier to lighten up on himself and others and enjoy the creative side of his life path energy.  If the maturity or growth number is also a 3 then this approach to life may come to him in his later years.  In the third major cycle he will finally understand that his true joy comes from the creation aspect of his strong work ethic and that following the flow of his originality and creativity will produce the success his soul demands of him.  This will hit him hard because there are repeated 3’s in his core.   Now if his 4 life path number has a 13 energy behind the 4, he has a karmic debt, which he is destined to work through in this life experience.  The 13 means he chose the 4 life path to correct the abuse of work related responsibility in a previous life.  He probably acted selfishly burdening others with his rightful share of the work. Now you can see that the basic 4 energy of the hard worker who is practical, organized and disciplined is still true but you have a much broader picture of this person than you did with just the life path 4 energy.  The numbers in the chart are reduced to a single digit (unless they are the master numbers 11, 22, or 33).  The numbers run in cycles of 1 through 9.  Each letter of the alphabet is represented by a number energy.  The universal energy of each number is the number vibrating in its purest form.  Once other components are added, the vibration changes.  The Life Path number in particular, is written in numerology with the last double digit followed by a slash and then the final single digit as the main numbers.  For instance, a 6 life path number may be written like 24/6 or 15/6 depending on the two-digit number just before the final single digit.  What does this mean?  Well, for instance the 24/6 life path number would be a basic 6 energy of the person who feels great responsibility toward family and friends and show much love for them.  The 24 energy behind this loving 6 would be a person who needs to work hard at finding ways to bring peace and balance to his family and friends.  The 15/6 would be this same loving person who needs to take the responsibility on himself to find many ways to bring positive changes to his family and friends.Being that it is important to know the underlying energies behind the core numbers, it is almost always a good practice to make note of the double digit directly preceding the final single digit number.

After finishing reading a lesson, each student will have a series of questions to answer and submit to their instructor.  The instructor will provide feedback to the student on a one to one personal level and also explain the next lesson.  How slow or fast the student progresses is entirely up to the student.
